National Business Furniture Showcases Furniture Expertise With New Blog

Milwaukee, Wisconsin (July 30, 2012) - National Business Furniture (NBF), a leading U.S. furniture provider, has launched a new blog, the NBF Water Cooler. The idea grew from the company’s core purpose, “To improve every workplace.” NBF developed the blog as a resource for people to find helpful information on a variety of office and work-related topics. The blog posts are written primarily by NBF employees, who pride themselves on providing caring, expert help to their customers.
 
The NBF Water Cooler About Us Section explains, “The NBF Water Cooler is more than information about the furniture products we sell. It’s about offices and working, in general, and ideas and issues that bubble up around those subjects. As a place that sells office furniture, we’ve managed to collect a lot of information and expertise, and want to share it with you.”
 
In addition to providing product-oriented information, like how to purchase and care for furniture, the blog covers several work- and office-oriented categories. Readers will find information regarding the design and planning of office space, staying mentally and physically healthy on the job, getting organized and working efficiently. The blog also covers ideas about sustainability in the workplace, work life and industry news in which the public might find an interest.
 
Initial contributors to the NBF Water Cooler include members of the NBF marketing, sales and customer service departments. In the future, NBF hopes to nurture relationships with other experts in their areas of focus, and to build relationships with customers by interacting through the comments feature built into the blog structure.
 
Dean Stier, Vice President of Multi-Channel Marketing, said the blog is a continuation of NBF's aim to form tighter bonds with customers and non-customers alike. “Our customers love the service they get from our caring sales reps, so the blog is a perfect way for NBF to communicate our furniture expertise and provide valuable information that everyone can use,” Stier said. “The blog also helps us find out what people are thinking, where their interests lie, and what they want to know, by inviting and answering comments.”
