Debbie Junge brings over 30 years of sales, management and consulting experience in the contract furniture industry. She began her career in design and sales at a Steelcase dealership working with large corporate end-users. As Regional Manager for Kimball Office, she pioneered a territory where she was responsible for establishing distribution channels and increasing market share. She was heavily involved in new business development and negotiations with major corporate end-users establishing national account programs and contracts. Debbie has hired, trained and managed sales, design and operations teams as a Sales Manager for a Knoll dealership and General Manager of a Kimball dealership. She has implemented new selling strategies, business models, processes and procedures that propelled the dealers to become profitable and powerful selling and service organizations in their market.
Since founding her company in 2004, Debbie has leveraged her real world experiences helping her clients build high performance sales teams, leaders and organizations. Her consulting services include personalized coaching, training and implementation of best practices.
